Co-founder of the Qrunch Foods, Brad Holley, a classically trained chef and Jim Adams, CEO and a former restaurant marketing executive have gluten intolerant family members. Both knew from their family members experience that finding tasty, convenient gluten-free products could be frustrating. They wondered why food that was “good for you” tasted so tasteless. That's why the QRUNCH Burger has the subtle, nutty taste of quinoa (hence the Q in QRUNCH), the crunchiness of millet, and the goodness of organic vegetables.
